“Accepted” means that Family HealthCare Associates has agreed to provide care to the customers of a particular insurance program. We would like to be able to participate in all insurance programs; however, this is a complex decision which considers the availability of hospitals, specialists, referral restrictions, and drug formularies.

Please bring your insurance card to every visit!

Our Physicians are in-network and contracted with the major insurance companies including HMO, PPO, Medicare Advantage plans.  Please visit their websites to verify benefits coverage. 

Please note that we do not accept traditional Medicare at this time.
