About Me:

In my free time I love to read, exercise (pilates), travel and spend time with my husband and our 4 children.

You can find me and my family playing with our hound mix “Isaah” and volunteering at my church as well as local and abroad food and clothing missions.

Health promotion and maintenance and chronic disease management with improvement.

Why Healthcare?

I was born with a desire to help others in any capacity that I could. I became a nurse practitioner to so I can help patients with practical ways to elevate their health, spirit, soul and body.
